Yes, the minimum initial investment is USD$1,000.00.

How often are fees calculated and paid?

We calculate the incentive fee on the close of the NY session on the first Friday on every calendar month. If a fee is applicable, if you be deducted from your account the following Monday (pending any extenuating circumstances)

What does 'High Watermark' mean?

High Watermark refers to the calculation method of the incentive fee structure. You do not pay any fees until you account is in profit; that is, your equity is greater than your initial deposit.
